Compare with RUMAWIP... cannot lah.
This is the centre of commercial centre and people want "face" and glamour, convenience, lifestyle and a unique landmark surely passby this condo when you makan/minum here. There is no comparable product in Bandar Sri Petaling here for now, bear in mind, the Chinese here are quite OK in purchasing power. |
