At current property market where developers are crying couldn't get decent margin from the selling prices, it is remarkable to see AK strive to provide affordable housing at reasonable good location to purchasers. Less than RM400psf, min 2carparks, good size and 3 bedrooms, walkable to public transport. The purchasers should be happy to secure units. Congrats!!!
I hope that AK not only focus on selling but will concentrate on delivery quality houses to these purchasers who put fate and trust on them.

In the past.... Talam apparently was also "linked".
Otherwise how they can source so many big landbank in Rawang, Pandan, Puchong and Canal City? The current land where Tropicana, IJM etc are developing it was used belong to Talam.
High risk high gain lor this AK. No proven record... they price it at discount to attract buyers. If you get your unit in VP condition.. thank you god...

QUOTE(BEANCOUNTER @ Apr 11 2017, 11:42 AM) Almost all developers also linked these days.... But the diff is most developers need to pay for land whereas tis ak just build nia. AK paid for the Desa Water Park land whoa.. I think AK paid the land via undertaking to build RUMAHWIP scheme for DBKL. In exchange for it they get the land + high density for their development. My 2 cents observation.
