my friend , a lawyer , will be standby to let potential buyer to sign SPA at AK showroom for this project this weekend . (launching)
and AK very confidence there will be alot potential buyer coming over .
so i believe they'll request sign SPA upon booking on the spot upon to secure ur unit this weekend

This Hamstead launching with an unknown rumahwip. Not many purchasers know about there will be rumahwip beside later on because it's not launch yet or available for application at the rumahwip website. My bet is the project will be sold out in less than 4 hours this time.

hahaha that's how they advertise to public , with such small land , i believe this condo could be LINK together with rumahwip , it's impossible or Very Squeeze to make 2 building in this land .

imho this project location really not that great , wangmaju , kuchai lama , okr AK project location are much more better than this .

furtheremore it's stick with Rumahwip with such small land

if let's say 1000 sqft RM420k at high floor
*Price from RM360k low floor and bad facing .

Price per sqft at RM420k leasehold & bare unit .

come on there's plenty good choices leasehold house below RM500 psf in whole KL , some ppl even bought Nidoz residence at RM500 psf with 70% furnished .
if let's say furnishing at RM40 psf , so Nidoz is only RM460 psf

meanwhile this project at RM420 psf & people still queing for it .

omg buy property with sense la come on. now making like AK project = BBB mode . queing with line .. omg ...

i would say 70% of Havre buyer Doesnt know about Jalilmas !

my friend even pay the cheque to agent before havre launch , and after 1 month only know there's jalilmas beside
