I first hear of talam name 20odds yrs agp when they developed project in rawang. As to how their went burst...i dont know. But i doubt that they were doing what AK is doing now. Become the main contractor for dbkl hence the rulling parties. There are far more bankrupted companies around but by kept mentioning talam i am cconvinced that ak is same same w talam. ak got risk...no doubt....will they ended up like talam declaring bankrupcy....possible....but everything in biz world is possible. For spa if under sch h or i u dun neef to imitial every page.
But for bank loan u need to initial every page. Rightfully b4 u sign the spa it needs tp be dated but i know most developers dun do so. It will inevitably play to their favour when comes to lad claim. |
