Exactly! What is something much more major happens? 5 yrs is due for wear and tear, even for the so called god-car.
Anyway, this is like buying insurance. Gives you a piece of mind for the next 5-yrs.
Better read the fine print properly. I doubt wear and tear items are included. Even for non-wear and tear items certain items may be excluded like easy to fail parts like AC compressors.Anyway, this is like buying insurance. Gives you a piece of mind for the next 5-yrs.
What peace of mind? When it comes to warranty claims there is always a risk it will be refused based on:
1) It's a wear and tear item (by their own definition)
2) It's not covered (the fine print doesn't say anything about it)
3) It's your fault
4) You added an unauthorized accessory which affected the part.
