I am wondering whether anybody can list the advantage and disadvantage of strata versus individual title? Which one is better?

This may be slightly off topic but will be good info for those deciding to buy or not EA..

Well if parking permanently on the curbing, then i am also not OK with it. I am more concern with my family & relatives come every now and then, also difficult to park, then it is no good. It is like staying on landed but treated like in a condo..

I am from KL la..my condo in PJ got limit of visitors per owner in a day with certain time limit..overnight also limited to 1 guest per owner..i never lived in a landed strata property, that is why i am asking..

If got more visitors, have to apply early but approval is subject availability of parking. Normally rejected as parking not enough, so the guests need to park outside la..
