Especially when the design for those 1.8mil semi d is lousai like this.. and the features also no eyes see.. how some of EP semi d can be comparable to EA. Now 2016 ady so outdated and many many leftovers as seen in property portal (unless agents nth to do and wanna fish ppl but who so free go post so damn many), can't imagine what will happen in 2020 when EA is up lol

Some ppl like big big build ups with cheap price and less premium and okay with facade while some like shoebox in prime locations or smaller build up in the same area with a premium and better facade etc ma boss.. different ppl different taste for girl also

Big big build ups = fat and ugly girl with low maintenance
Small sma build up = hot and sexy girl with high maintenance

Not everyone aim same girl, just like not everyone aim same house lor 😆😆😆

32 x 75. Lose the 10 feet garden and it's 22 x 75.

EW is smart. Market it as semid to fetch higher pricing. Fact is that 32 x 75 are all corner DSL only. I doubt they can fetch such 1mil above pricing for DSL.

Build up will be small around 2k to 2.2k sf. Could be a strategy to target buyers so semid can be more affordable.

Hearsay from SA where the last phase will have DSL. Given the build up and land size for a standard DSL might do better than the 32 x 75 semid at a lower price.
