35 x 85 to 38 x 85 has 200k premium (1.6m to 1.8m)

But 32 x 75 to 35 x 85 has 300k premium (1.3m to 1.6m)

3 x 0 pays 200k but 3 x 10 pays only 300k which is a 100k more

35 x 85 is a clear winner.

32 x 75 buyers gonna regret later when the DSL are up in the later phase.

+2. They are all actually DSL corner. They may think that they enter cheap now but when a 22 x 75 DSL is launched in the later phase, they will find their semid/dsl hard to dispose knowing that a DSL will priced cheaper.

Due to my very limited exposure and insight, pls pardon me as I was not exposed to DSL gardens with a minimum of 20 feet and above. Most that I've known of and seen are around 10 feet.
