hi EcoWorld fansi, if I am repeat buyer and go find a referrer, can I enjoy "repeat buyer discount" and my referrer get "referrer incentive" too?
*
Bingo! Yes you are entitled for the additional 2% discount as repeat buyer and another 2% (on top of 1%) for referring a successful deal.

those who consider EA should be wont like EG ba... haha.... EG much more inside....

Investor and home stayer may have different considerations. May be one buy in EA to stay and another one in EG for investment? Too many possibilities anyway.

How to define top 10? By sales? By profit? By ranking (eg TheEdge)? etc...?

I see... different benchmark used by different people or organisations so one's top 10 may not match with others' top 10.

attended eco world 2nd year prestige programme anniversary at JB last weekend.

they are doing very well and delivering what they have promised, in time.

i am willing to give away all 2% of referral fees for those interested to buy any eco world's project.

Happy buyer spotted! I hope that I can share the same sentiment when I get my key in about another 6 - 8 months.

32x75 is called Pavillion Home, the last 16ft of the house is joint wirh ur left or right neighbour, not semi-d.. It is more like a "partial" linked house.. Quite pricey from 1.3m.

35x85 and 38x85 are proper semi-d...

I guess 35x85 will be a sweet spot among the 3 types..
*
Hmm... based on what you described for 32×75 I guess it's similar to the garden home concept of Eco Grandeur type Avenham?

Thanks bro for the sharing. Seems that type A has similar concept with Grandeur but it's called pavilion home instead of garden home here. Noted as well all 3 type A, B and C come with double volume making the dining area (type A and B) and living area (type C) look big. But this come with the expense of sacrificing the family hall in the first floor and smaller total built up. Overall it appears all 3 types put much emphasis on green space.

Specifically for type A bedroom 3 why such a big balcony but none for the master bedroom hmm.gif and the bathroom in the master bedroom seem small. The dining area is nice given the ample sun light with glass panels from ground to first floors and facing the green (garden) at 2 sides.

Similar observations for type B and C with ample natural sunlight at the dining and living area respectively and master bedrooms for both are big enough to fit with the bathtubs.

Oh yeah, those who don't like open concept ie gateless may need to reconsider. But it makes the front part of the house look spacious particularly the letter box / tnb meter / refuse chamber located at the side (on the lawn) making it "obstruction free" while driving in.

I personally dont like double volume design..it may look grander but consume built up space..rather have high ceiling instead..
*
Double volume will work perfectly well especially for bungalow (with adequate built up, not just land) but of course price is expected to be sky high.

Just curious adequate built up as in beyond 2500sqft?
*
If for bungalow 2500sf would be unacceptable right? What if we add another 1k - 1.5k sf after factor in the double volume?
