heard there were proposal to widen the road to double lane later. should ease the traffic by maybe 1%.  laugh.gif
each units come with 2 car parks, which is enough. but people nowadays car more important than house. so double park all the way!  laugh.gif
*
In think in future this road will be main road from kepong go through selayang. No way to double park, even park on road side.

what i know is , one maxim sentul , pv setapak are all under tadmax as told by banker , developer should have no problem.

The reason why APDL is delayed most probably is government waiting for "kopi duit" .
*
I wonder this land isnt government land? Why still need kopi duit?

haha, APDL is a license for developer , so is nothing done with the owner of the land isn't it?
*
If developer dont give kopi, do this apdl officer dare not approve apdl? Even this is part of government project.

i think high density not a problem, chinese say "ong" ma.... hahaha
*
Agree.
High density will make more crowds,
More crowds will make more business opportunity,
More business opportunity will make more development,
More development will make your property value increase.
It will make your area "wong"

if you confident with your financial background for loan, why dont you wait for other bank.
if your financial just so so..., you have to take risk of other bank might not approve your loan in future.

All issit now waiting the ADPL approval for the developer? Then SPA all will go smoothly? Wondering why take so long? Just curious =D

I doubt that developer not get apdl yet, before this some people said developer already got apdl.

how can gov. not approve adpl for the project rumawip involved.

Beside, developer already start advertising on news paper, flyers, banting, this is consider illegal, how dare.

Levy may incur construction players extra RM2bil in cost

“The new policy will impair the cash flow of the employers and make our construction industry more expensive and less competitive,” said MBAM president Foo Chek Lee at a briefing yesterday.

“With the increase in minimum wages, fuel prices, cost of steel bars and depreciation of the ringgit, the imposition of the levy will create a cashflow problem.”

Foo said ultimately, local construction players will have no choice but to pass on the cost to its consumers.
