here 1 of the answer to your question, and as for the location it is just beside mizumi. in between mizumi and the road. front pages has the location and sketches.

my agent very good... explain the pro and cons to me...
he told me about the entrance and exit... mizumi has only one entrance and one exit.

Afterall Mizumi is a better buy than The Henge.

Their showroom looks spacious, for 9xx sq ft.

Just hope the widening of internal roads will soothe the new plots surrounding metropolitan lakes.

Hi guys, it's great to join this chatroom and meet more mizumi buyers to exchange our opinion. My agent told me that is only one car park entrance and exit for all 3 blocks. is one entrance sufficient to serve the traffic during peak working hour? Besides, the road/street near there seems small and there will be 6000+ units surround that area in the future. Is there any plan from developer to solve this? Appreciate if anyone willing to share some info as i am not that experience in property and this is my first house, thanks in advance and great to meet you guys! biggrin.gif

Yes, there will be only one entrance to mizumi. About the main road, I was told that it will be upgraded to double lanes from the existing single lane. However do note that double lanes don't necessary means that it will solve that issue, no 1 because of the super high density in that area and everyone sharing the same road, no 2 because of double parks i can confirm this will definitely happen where residence park their car alongside the roads due to insufficient parking lots.

may i know why you all still willing to purchase a unit even though this area will be very congested?
i have booked a unit, but now i am considering to cancel booking or not due to the super high density...

its an affordable price and easy access to many places so its still ok for me. Jam is everywhere in KL

The price is really attractive, but the major drawback is the super high density and new developer. Is there any project that this developer completed before this or this is their first project?
