I felt that UOA project not really low density as well

can't agree with you more .... mizum is the cheapest condo around the area, with 388k start up (although my unit is far more than that /facepalm).

i did have a look at united point before i look into mizumi. it is true that united point has higher density but they have a mall and better access to roads and highways as well. hence the higher price tag even with smaller units.

besides that you are taking up less risk especially because it is by branded developer.

ps. in the future mizumi surroundings will have higher density than united point.

Mixed development maintenance fee, water tariff, electricity bill are higher if compared to residential title.Furthermore, United pointed got HTC as well. I believed will be more project implement in united point area in future same go like jalan Sentul and jalan kepong, you just take a visit at Sentul will a lot of project on progress. You are right is Tadmax first time appointed wawasan metro bina to develop high rise building. This is the only drawback.

but I am not sure whether the incinerators are confirmed or proposed progress only, I already heard about the "large junk factory" nearby Metropolitan Park before.. I think the incinerators should be nearby that radius by 2km+.
