Anyone know the affortable house or RUMAWIP beside Mizumi? when launching is it affect the Mizumi after complete?

very subjective question. the answer is depends, but very likely it will be affected.

no not inside mizumi obviously.

beside it. in between mizumi and the road. if you notice there are empty space between the road and mizumi.

Is this Rumawip past or coming soon for public?

any update on signing the SPA? And anyone know how is the sales? Would like to get 1 once can sign SPA

i siged my loan in december. SNP signing delay again. my loan expire very soon

I run there every weekend and it indeed a very nice place. By the way, I also sign my loan during December but my banker never said anything about it. Hopefully won't need to re-apply the loan again. .....

each of those condo come with 1 rumahwip, Kepongmas is The henge's rumahwip, mizumi rumahwip still unknown.

these are all DBKL land.. so... RUMAWIP.

1. Sometime you will get free nasty smell due to rubbish from Jinjang previous landfill or overflow loji from Selayang area which flow to the lake especially after heavy rain.
The smell also depends on the winds as well.

2. This public lakepark is 75% safe. My friend was robbed by 2 indian guys around 1 pm inside the park.
3. Sometime there's water boat event which quite noisy early in the morning..2-3 times a year..
As long you choose crowded time to walk/jog in the park, should be OK..Well of course crime do happens,
just be vigilant especially you are bringing your family/kids around.

Other than that, scenery is awesome especially sunset. Nice trees, nice hills. kepong got lot of nice food, steamboat. Getting more jam.

I heard (not confirmed news yet) there's will be new condominium/service apartment upcoming just behind Big Aeon, Jalan Kepong. I just passed by today and saw they started to demolish the land.
This nearer to upcoming MRT Kepong - walking distance 5 minutes. Heard selling around 600k or less.. due to current economy..<-- not confirmed yet.

Well it depends on what environment you want to live in...

Im not agent. Im sharing this because i do realized how impactful this forum able to help others to understand property vicinity before sign SNP.
