for that price, it's a bargain. you cannot get matured neighborhood landed house for that price. this project is more suited for first home or small family, rental/resell market should be small because of the high density and tough competition.

no idea when, most likely they are waiting to sell out the current 2 blocks first. the last block has the best views so the price MIGHT be higher than the current 2 blocks.
