All block C facing main road gone already. Around 120+ unit left.

Is there any non bumi unit available?

I'm not so sure about that. it's based on residensi wilayah how they choose the applicant.

Btw based on my calculation on the sticker (see the attachment), around 170+ unit left.

13/9/2019 - Residensi Wilayah asked me to upload my latest KWSP statement (Query 1)
23/9/2019 - They asked me to upload my KWSP withdraw history coz I have PTPTN Withdrawal (Query 2)
8/10/2019 - Got the offer and choose unit today

For Residensi Metro Kepong, if the status is Semakan Urusetia means still have some chance? If failed will the status be changed?

Btw I already submit my loan application to cimb but dont know the result yet. Heard its very hard to get. I will try other bank since im targetting the bnm affordable home scheme.

Level 6-11 (lower floor) is not open to choose coz I dont see the level at the early stage on the unit board. They reserved to staff, family member etc2. When I come to choose my unit last week, suddenly the lower floor available and its all full.
