to be frank its all down to luck one... some owner unit very bad some owner unit very decent... this happen to all condo... my fren's henge unit very minimal defect... already basic furnished it and ready to rent out jor... same applies to another fren's unit at parkhill... decent with minimal defects....

Mostly 90% hollow tiles. However, it's been fixed during defect rectification and quality consider acceptable and excellent to be frank. Look at the swimming pool, we never expect that huge and generous AK would build for us compared to other condo. Also the beautiful Overhead Bridge...

This may also one of the factor of property appreciation on top of other common facilities area
