Seems like this developer in deep shit now..

1) Sell Asset
2) Issue bonds
3) Pack and cabut.

but managed by MEH lah.

even few units of the mall was sold. so MEH also do not own fully the entire ES mall.

MEH HQ not early early already relocated to ED meh?

I heard from a property agent that EC mall can only be completed by end of next year, is it true? It looks like the progress is very very slow...

I wonder if banks do audit and check on this EC. Wonder if the buyers could check with respective bank for the insight of the development. Buyers/Banks should have the rights to know the details.

The Edge's CEO and Clement Hii same gang from the star last time one, all friend friend so must give face a bit mah. Clement Hii has vested interest in MEH so of course he must help Sean Ng with his connections.

Bonds are issued to mostly institutional investors with yields depending on the ratings. Those cash raised will go to the company issuing the bonds and they can use it as working capital etc. So LAD payments will still come from MEH.
