The building not well kept during construction period... Look at the building with the red arrow or looks like a k... I see those dirty water stains at the windows and looks yucky... The place should be kept clean. 2 times I saw fires during construction period.... Not sure if accident or what... But looks like the contractor don't even wants to make sure the units are clean... Look so dirty if you are nearby... Observe from the small road opposite from PJ trade Centre.

buyers need to be unite and fight together against developer to save their hardearned investment. kick those irresponsible developer out from the market

I would rather rent first (sure you can get low rental since just got the CCC so many units on the market) and get a feel of the building and environment then decide whether to buy.. |
