it is hurting my eyes with the reflection of glass façade buildings at EC1.....memang Tns….

authority really should stop approving such glass façade building.

KL already banned for such use jor, unless your neigbouring building also have glass reflective approved long ago.

This EC was all brand new, they shouldn't allow reflective glass façade to start with.

Empire berri smart. They started selling ec before the vp of empire damansara. At that point ED is like sitting on a pot of gold and just waiting to be cash out due to bull run. Those late newbie investors got too excited not to invest in halo sunday.

Many returned customers of ed also sapued ec. Some really bought by dozen.

Why i cant catch any ball is why ppl still bbb empire resi later and think that empire could actually delivered???

the number one most lansi developer is 4seasons resi. this one commoners cant even smell the fart of their lansiness.

next up is ioi diamond city. but bungalow lots, not really for you and me, in general.

in some cases, you need to buy a bigger unit to entitle you to buy the crowd favourite smaller unit.

I don't think they are that strict anyone after launching Sky Suites. YET you don't see their ads all around The Edgea n Star Properties.

From wat i read....exsim DIDNT TAKE OVER THE ENTIRE EC.
Stand corrected.

They just bought a plot of land in ec and launch mozzaic and promised to get the shopping mall up which was left at 80% completion.

Empire was supposed to ensure the rest are up and running.....

1.payment upfront
2. No bumi quota
3. Vp not as tedious as scheduled propeeties.

I would say more like mismanagenent of cash flow.

Beside ec1 is not landlock. Residents there are free to eat whatever they want. It wont brnefit the mall.

Likewise how the mall will bring up office suites above???
Its not mid valley or pavillion. Small size sovo always have capped over appreciation unlike premium residences.
