now aeon card got physical and virtual card (if u activated virtual card also)

both are differencet card number.

In order u gain access to lounge, u need use the physical credit card number for spending. Lounge's staff need swipe the physical card on the machine while virtual card number do not have physical card for the staff to swipe.

Yea it seems weird that the virtual card is technically a 'different' card with a totally different card number.

I think my previous Citi card used the same number for both physical and virtual. Was able to use it immediately after approval upon activation through the app. The actual card arrived a few days later but I was already using it for online purchases.

iirc the moment the card was approved I could use the virtual card immediately through the app instead of waiting for the physical card to be posted over. Cant recall if it was for online usage only or it could also be integrated for payment services like Apple pay etc

AEON Credit only provide credit facility like credit card and loan.
They do not have deposit product, i do not think you can pledge any.

can anyone confirm if own both AEON Platinum Visa and Mastercard can have 12X Plaza Premium Lounge access as told by AEON sales executive? how about 2% Cashback on Online Spending? both cards capped at RM25 or RM25 each card?

Yes each card gave 6x mean u have 12x n can bring 1 person in with u.
That is separate benefit so u can earn for each card.

They might have to divert you to other departments but they'll get the relevant people to call you back. Usually within 1-2 hours. In my case after calling the hotline I was referred to 2 different departments. First call came around ~2 hours later and they realized it was beyond their scope and got another department to contact me (another ~1-2 hours later). When I got the 2nd call they said they weren't able to provide a rebate immediately but would credit RM 50 in January...
