Everyone's AEON credit card Statement Date = 10th of every month if not mistaken.

When is cashback posted?

I've used Aeon Gold Visa since early Dec 2023 and till now no Dining cashback whatsoever.

Okay but I got nothing on my January 2024 statement...

for my case AEON credit card statement date on 25th monthly

Then better check with CS to confirm why no cash back received

"Cashback will be credited and reflected in the following month's statement" extract from the web.

5% Cashback on Dining transaction (MCC 5812, 5814), capped at RM25 per card account per calendar month.*

when was the dining spend ?
when is your statement date ?

Dining spend from 3rd Dec onwards when card activated.

I just double check, my statement was actually 25th Dec 2023. For some reason I thought it was earlier this month. Will wait for Jan 2024 statement then for the cashback.

25 Jan 2024 statement will show Dining rebate for December usage.
Make sure you call them if it does not tally with your calculation.

my first month no match and had to call them to "fix it"

Been calling them to “fix” for the third month now.

And aeon purchases on their member day doesn’t reflect again. This is getting annoying.
