i din manage to answer any call from aeon now still holding watami dunno weather they will approve my balance transfer or not

Alright, just to confirm, as long as we fill in the Name as per IC, and the Aeon Credit Card No, but beneficiary bank put : Citibank, Aeon Credit Service still will receive the payment and the charges will be RM 0.11 (include GST)

But 1 question, currently i hold 3 Aeon Card, 1x Gold Aeon, 1x Gold AeonBig, and 1x AeonBig Classic, when i do payment, i have to separately pay for each account? I try to pay into 1 account, but the payment does not split automatically, i have to call to service center, is there any way which can auto split the payment for each card?

I don't think AEON has this feature, so you will need to split them. No choice, a little bit of effort involves.

Applied new Aeon Gold cc last week thru the sales booth outside Aeon big Sutera. Was told by the agent if card approved will get RM24 CB for Aeon membership card fee and also CB RM50 if spend min RM100 within 30days card activation.
Is all the CB is valid?

When I applied my card in 2014, I did get some welcome cash back too, forgot the amount. So, it should be legit.

Some questions on BT with Aeon.

1. The form states that need to attach the latest CC statements. Is this mandatory? I have some unbilled amount as outstanding, so this amount cannot be BT yet?

2. Just the front page of the statement or all pages?

3. Can email the BF form instead of fax?

4. It states the payment will be made within 15 days. Usually, how fast will it be as 15 days is near to the 20 days interest free period already.

Hmm.I thought you are quite familiar with Aeon BT no? Anyway I can try help to answer:

1. Yes, Aeon needs the latest statement. Unbilled transactions cannot be BT, I also tried before, cash rebate reduced my balance from 1k to 960++

2. I usually submit the pages showing all the transactions, maybe front page showing the balance may be suffice too.

3. You can email the BT form even though it is not stated in the form. Email to cs@aeonmalaysia.com.my

4. Based on my experience, I submitted on 5th Nov, received payment by 18th Nov. So it will be around 2 weeks time.

If the BY payment is not yet in, I can still pay for the outstanding like normal right? And when the BT payment comes in, it will be used to offset future outstanding?

Also, better to BT with Watami or New Aeon Gold?

Normally, they will call u for verification first and approval will be by sms.

I see. Yes you can pay like normal first. Sometimes the Aeon staff will suggest me to pay the minimum balance first to avoid late payment charges. It will offset future outstanding correct

If you plan to cancel or convert Watami, better to BT with New Aeon Gold.
