for aeon plat, let say the anniversary is aug, shall i call them request for waiver on july or wait until the af is debited n reflected in aug statement?

You can only request for waiver after the af is debited.

Aeon cannot perform jompay, so you can do it TNB online or mytnb mobile app.

The T&C is very confusing. In the beginning it was mentioned that new applicant will not earn AEON member point from July 1st onward. Later in the document it mention that from July 26th, "NEW AEON" credit cardholder will only only earn AEON point, and no AEON member point. So that means from July 26th, all cardholder regardless new or existing will not earn AEON member point anymore?

you're not reading it correctly.

From 1 July 2019, new applications will not tie to AEON Member Card.

Effective 26 July 2019, cardholders will earn AEON Point instead of AEON Member Point.


the word "NEW" does not mean the tenure. it's the name of the card.

I do know that AEON credit always name their AEON credit cards as NEW AEON card. I have been using their "NEW AEON" credit card for the past 3 years.

So it means that I am a current "NEW AEON" cardholder that also hold a AEON member card, I will not earn any AEON member point for "NEW AEON" card spent from July 26th onward?

If that is the case, all NEW AEON cardholder need to apply AEON PLUS card, otherwise they will not able to redeem their AEON point. Also how to link their existing AEON member card to AEON PLUS card?

yes, as stated there. from 26 July, no more aeon member points.

again, the new aeon points, you can redeem from aeon portal. not necessarily need aeon plus card.

Yeh, looks like currently it can be only redeem thru website rather than AEON app. Most probably AEON is moving towards removing awarding AEON voucher based on member points.

Hi Guys,
I have been reading the T&Cs for the 5% cashback for the AEON Platinum CC; and wondering if AEON Wellness is covered under the 5% cashback?
Presently the terms only mentions:
"5% cash back at AEON and AEON BiG on the 20th and 28th of the month respectively."

So looks like not applicable for AEON Wellness. Does anyone know if this is not the case?
