Plaza Premium Lounge at KLIA/KLIA2 has revised their acceptance of Aeon credit card. You are only allowed to utilize one Aeon credit card lounge entry entitlement even though you may hold several Aeon credit cards (e.g. Aeon, Aeon BIG, Aeon Platinum).

Just wondering is it still worth to renew Aeon Gold + Aeon membership if one has already holding Aeon Platinum. Looks like Aeon Platinum allows one to earn more Aeon points than Aeon membership. The only disadvantages is maybe not able to redeem $10 cash voucher for every $100 spent during member day?

Nothing much inside Aeon Lounge, just sofa and TV. They will give you one 3-in-1 coffee sachet and one pack of biscuit when registering at counter. You need to make your own 3-in-1 coffee using the pantry in the lounge. I only used the lounge less than 5 times and don't find it tempting to revisit.

I was not offered any waiver when charged AF for Aeon BIG in April. Cancelled card and yet still being asked to pay AF.

Received my second statement after my cancellation. They reversed service tax but not the AF. Looks like no choice but to pay AF to avoid record in ccris. ccris May record for AEON is still 0.
