For MaxisONE plan, after exceeding monthly quota, can I still surf at throttled speeds?

I just ported out from Maxis less than 1 month. Can I port back in.

Reason is the telco that i am using right now is not stable at my housing area. mostly No service.

As long as you're not bound to any contract you most definitely can smile.gif

Theoretically you can, but I've exceeded my quota once and the throttled speed is pretty much unusable for me.. Way too slow..

Am beginning to wonder how many of those who jumped ship when this whole fiasco started are now beginning to come back smile.gif

Could have easily happened to me too if not for my existing contract with maxis and a hefty RM900 it would cost me to terminate the contract.

I was never tied with any contracts, so now that I've jumped off and back, I'm still saving a whole lot of $ compared to my previous plan cool2.gif

And just now that cashier asked me why I left in the first place.. since now that I'm going for a new plan, I'll lose some benefits. I told her, I never had any benefits in the first place. Unlimited data got cut down to 10gb.. she's also using the same plan, so she agrees.

Celcom line is sucky and slow. Umobile is faster than celcom
Maxis nvr go for price war with their competitiors. This is because they know that they hv the best coverage and speed.  Digi is damn slow la. Some people are ok with slow speed. So then u may take Digi.

Some people want fast, then its definately Maxis.

Its like Mercedes. U dont see Mercedes lowering their price to compete with Honda or Toyota. Cuz they know they hv a good product. No point compete on price cuz the if compete on price then it will nvr end. U want to lower the price until how low? RM5 for 5 GB?

lol. in vietnam 30gb for rm3x.00..

Suggestion is to walk in and settle over counter...
for numbers not "owned" by you and from other telco
certainly the "owner" has to be there for the port request (could be your parents themselves, the principal)
and you yourself (the principal) be there to sign up for new supp
should be doable, hassle maybe...

Ask ur family member to convert to celcom postpaid 1st. Then change ownership to ur name . then only mnp to Maxis . after that change to MOS

I see, is that the simplest way to mnp from different telco with prepaid? Thanks for the explanation.

For this MaxisOne Share, does it requires principal line to be the MaxisOne plan holder in order to enjoy the MaxisOne Share for its supplementary line? Or it can be vice versa.
