QUOTE(aKiSuSu @ Nov 14 2019, 04:26 PM)
The buyer spammed all my other thread with the same post, so I am replying to it.

1)Buyer bought brand new board GA H61M-DS2, informed buyer item out of stock, and then buyer agree on MSI H61M-S26, paid, item mailed to buyer

2)Buyer received board state board got issue(will turn off when gaming), return for warranty, seller checked item it doesnt seems to have problem and recorded all the boot up videos and all given to buyer, buyer says it definitely got problem, so proceed with warranty, courier 50/50 split with seller as agreed in terms and mail for warranty

3)Buyer received a warranty replacment board after awhile MSI H61M-P23, buyer state item is not brand new anymore and is not S26 version and argued the warranty replacement is bad, seller do not want argue so seller ask buyer send back to him, seller give buyer brand new board H61M-S26 again from own wallet, courier fee is paid by all paid by seller, everything free of charge. Incase new MSI H61M-S26 don't have instock, seller informed buyer if no stock will give ASUS H61-PLUS, if got stock it will give buyer what buyer originally bought, courier fee is paid by seller, buyer agree.

4)Buyer received brand new board MSI H61M-S26 again, this time buyer complaint he actually wanted ASUS H61-PLUS and the H61M-S26 that buyer originally bought is not what he wanted after all because buyer found out his graphic card is too big and can't slot. Buyer received exactly the item he paid for, buyer request full refund and everything and seller refused because buyer received exactly the item MSI H61M-S26 that he paid for, buyer then decided to inform seller he will leave negative review if no refund.

PS: Buyer suffered 0 financial losses, buyer ended up with BRAND NEW H61M-S26 in possession as that was what buyer originally agree on and bought.

P/S: Buyer reasoning of "either the board he send me is either faulty or incompatible", sometimes motherboard if got issue thats why there is warranty, and buyer got back another brand new H61M-S26. if its incompatible that is not seller's fault, the model is correctly sent and received as what buyer's paid for, how is that become seller's fault when buyer's reasoning of incompatible his graphic card is too big and cannot slot in the mobo, model number and name is given before hand for research.

I posted on seller multiple post is to create AWARENESS to buyer. Not to SPAM him.

The warranty replacement of course is bad when i paid for BRAND new board and what i get is used, rusty and dusty board and for sure other buyer will agree with me on this, its common sense. If seller is paying for brand new replacement with his own wallet, than buyer must be have the right to select other model of brand new motherboard that is around the same price range. Since seller has provided 2 motherboard for buyer selection which is MSI H61M-S26 and ASUS H61-PLUS. Of course buyer will google search which motherboard is suited buyer needs the most. After some google search i found out that MSI H61M-S26 RAM and GPU Clearance is very narrow and wont fit my GPU and decided to go for ASUS H61-PLUS and in our conversation i do mentioned i prefer ASUS H61-PLUS.

About my GPU cant slot into motherboard with narrow clearance between RAM, this issue i've told seller earlier after he told me Gigabyte H61M-HD2 HDMI MATX is out of stock and even ask for his suggestion which motherboard has a wider gap between RAM and PCIE. After I received the used rusty and dusty motherboard, i suggest seller to refund me my money since he mentioned that he will pay brand new motherboard as replacement with his own money. But he still insist on buying me new board and guarantee me there will be no problem with this next board.

Buyer suffered 0 financial losses?? What a joke, i need to use my own money to buy another motherboard due to the MSI H61M-S26 V2 unable to slot in my buyer's Sapphire Rx570 Pulse, and its already delay me 3 months deliver the custom build PC to my buyer. As for this MSI H61M-S26 V2 i dont think i can sell back to other buyer with the price you sold to me so it is still considered loss to me.

And for your info the one i originally bought is MSI H61M-P23 (b3) instead of what i receive now MSI H61M-S26 V2, both of this is totally different board. I dont know why you keep stating the one i originally bought is MSI H61M-S26 V2 and keep saying there is no issue here.

PS: To all the buyer, the supplier from this seller will randomly send you a motherboard, example the board you wanted to get is MSI H61M-S26 B3 but they will send you MSI H61M-S26 V2 instead. From what he said, the board supplier will be sending is depend on supplier stock availability.

Sorry but it does seems to me you are attacking me personally due to you found out the item you ordered doesn't seems to be able to fit your graphic card and you are pushing it as my fault. If you are professional you wouldn't be spamming all my other thread with the same exact copy paste.

You received exactly the item you paid for MSI H61M-S26-B3.

If you actually wanted GA-H61M-DS2, you shouldn't have agree to take MSI-H61M-S26-B3 in the first place, you should have just immediately ask for a refund.

If after you have already agree to take MSI H61M-S26-B3 and confirm and received the item, by that time only you ask for a refund, that is too late already, I have full right to reject your refund because I did nothing wrong and delivered exactly the item you paid for. You received exactly what you agree on, MSI-H61M-S26-B3 in your possession already.

Lastly, please don't push it as the seller's fault with reason like its incompatible because my graphic card is too big and can't fit etc blah blah, like seller suppose to be responsible for your other hardware, even if you have told me your graphic card is big the research and risk is still on you, I have never promise or said that if your graphic card can't fit you can return it for refund. My only responbility is ensure you received the correct item and you did.

Hi, I have a Dell Alienware X51 @ Intel i7 3770 CPU and the MB died. Planning to transplant the parts out from the casing and use a dedicated PSU with nVME SSD, what MB would you recommend? Thx
