It has palm detection, especially when you try to reach the far edge of the screen. But, i read it is hit and miss and depends on samsung to fine tune it further.

Guys, im kinda stucked in deciding whether getting s7 or s7 edge. Any advise from all the sifu? May i know where can i get spigen case for s7 btw? I find that not many place got sell s7 case (not s7 edge)

My advice is go play around with both and decide yourself. Main diff is screen size, battery size and curve edges.

both s7 and s7 edge dual sim dual standby?

s7 edge - definitely better for batt life and also larger screen - the cons is - very hard and expensive for its screen protector due to the edge screen

use case with thick side to prevent accident touching the screen.. i'm using otterbox symmetri case n it works great

I'm getting S7 because my palm kept touching the edges on S7e.

so it looks like the local version has better battery utilization...

Viper4android works much better on the exynos dac too.

Sadly it is mere perception SD chipset are better. Even on my previous Note 5, the local Exynos version performs generally better, and had better battery life vs my other Spore set ( Snapdragon)

Aite, I'll probably get the SME unit then.

Snapdragon no longer better since Note 4 time and worst since S6 time. I won't pick Snapdragon and really thanks Samsung given better chipset for major country in world. Snapdragon basically only build for USA.
