hows that quality? good?.

I'm using that combo right now, feels great. The ringke is thin enough to feel good and thick enough to provide protection. The xone sp is rubbery one, up to preference, but it covers the whole screen and back.

You shall turn off the phone before remove the sim tray for safety condition.

As for the every restart mention SDcard is Android 6.0 stupid feature.
*
Its a feature of marshmallow to corrupt sd cards every restart?

It is not corrupted.it just tell you that sdcard is insert. You want to view the content or format it or not. The format it or not info is really silly. The sdcard is not corrupt. Just swipe and ignore that message.
*
Everytime remove sim tray or restart, will corrupt.

Yes. I'm going to try and swap sd cards first and see how it goes. I Googled already but no one had a solution.

Also, my ringke fusion keep sticking to the back of my phone. Looks like got water inside. Anyone experience the same thing? I'm using an sp on the back, would that be a problem?

Oh I didn't face this issue. Suggest you format your SDcard using the phone itself.
*
Done that a lot of times already. Still the same. I inserted a different sd card and now it works fine

If you mean your own custom notification tone, you need to copy the file example rain.mp3 into the notification folder.
*
No just normal tone

Found out a solution to the ringke case sticking to the back of the phone. Just smudge the phone with fingerprints. Not like going to rub the phone down 24hrs

That just show the battery temp which is a little high but nothing to worry about since you are not charging it.

What's the normal battery temp? I seldom get under 35°c unless it's idle.
