Anyway, i've decided to stick with redone for now, coz I cannot share hotspot if there's no unifi 4G. My hometown got no 4G with all telco. It's a rural area. So, unifi mobile is not for me, for now.

If you need a line, another cheap option is onexox.. pay rm50, and it valids for 2 years. Then, after 2 years, dump that sim and buy another onexox simcard.

RM50 only entitle to 10gb data, which is not automatically given on monthly basis. Instead, you need to send sms or via app to request how much data u want to use.
So, if you dont need data that month, your data can be kept for later use. Dont ask me for detail coz I'm also dont know much about this, and secondly, this is redone thread. Anyway, I have a few xox simcards so that I can have a phone numbers for my kids' whatsapp & telegram. They need it for PDPR. Pay rm50 and the simcard is valid for 2 years. No need to pening2 topup simkad every month to avoid deactivation like other prepaids. At home, I got wifi. So, the data quota is not relevant for me.

For my own use, I use redone. That's why I'm lurking in this redone thread.

Hi guys.. does redone has a quota for hotspot? I'm looking at redone website, but the answer is unclear.. Can anyone clarify?

Oo.. like that.. Tq. tq. No wonder my kids can use my hotspot until I run out of quota. My package got quota limit (amazing 48).

I was thinking to change to unlimited data but a few telcos dont mention their hotspot limit, including redone hybrid50u. If I'm using unlimited but I cant share some quota with my kids (only during travel/roadtrip/balik kampung), then, I better stay with my current package.

So long everybody.. I'll miss this telco. I requested to port out in the morning, and got disconnected at 2pm.

I got no issue with redone. I'm satisfied with the line. I'm porting out mainly because I'm looking for a cheaper alternative that match my low usage. $$..

One thing that I experienced with redone was the line was slightly weaker than celcom. I went to remote location in Janda Baik. My family members that used celcom and maxis can still get a bit of connection, around 1 bar, while my phone status can only display "emergency calls only". And when I balik kampung at another rural, remote location also, my wife (celcom) can get a stable connection (1 bar) while my phone connections kept on/off, sometimes connected, sometimes got no line. And in football stadium full of people, I cant read and sent whatsapp msg at all, while all other people around me busy messaging each other and browsing fb. Anyway, this is just my experience in a certaion situation. Other than this, redone was okay most of the time.
