My point is, we're just viewing the pics at a resolution of around 1920x1080 on our PC or phone. Unless you have a 4K display or for some reason want to do large prints with photos taken from your phone, or you masturbate while pixel peeping at 100% zoom, then the Mate 8 is good enough. icon_rolleyes.gif

tq, jump ship from my old HTC M7 with huawei last week,
so far im happy with huawei Mate 8, but still misses my old HTC One M7 front speaker,
but Huawei speaker not bad too.

Also, i find it odd that when i use my spare charger at the office which is a LG G2 charger with max 1.8A current, it can actually charge at 1.8A. But when i use my Aukey charger at home, it's stuck at 1A. rclxub.gif

You guys know any 3rd party charger & powerbank that can quick charge our phone? Really bizarre that it can't work even though the voltage & ampere is the same.

And i wish we have quick charge like that new Leagoo phone LOL. 9V x 3A = 27W. Even beat Oppo 5V x 4A. Freaking insane. Won't the 6300mAh battery explode since it's charging too fast???

SOT with 6hours above.its good not decent. u know other flagship phone is lower than that.
havent tested with 3rd party charger or powerbank. every phone has different fast charging ability and technology. test from anandtech said that huawei fast charging only works with huawei original charger because of the IC in mate 8. they tested with samsung fast charger but it didnt work because of the IC in mate 8 only detect huawei original charger to enable fast charging.i have posted about this in this thread u have to scroll back.

my G4 stuck in bootloop 2 days ago and warranty is over. I iz really sad.
Saw the Mate 8, but many reviewers said the camera is no good. Eh? Is it really no good?

Guys, I notice something weird with my whatsapp this 2-3 days since bought the mate 8... On my other phone, the message via whatsapp is instantly notified in the phone... But in the mate 8, sometimes I need to open the whatsapp, only then the message will notified... Same case with telegram... Anyone encounter this issue before?
