Saw craddleton backlane in real...hmm 15 ft is indeed narrow definitely not much space for creative landscaping, merrydale with extra 5 ft in real may also pan out likewise - not very optimistic though

Only comforting part is upon checking with SA has confirmed my very own unit isn't a lower dropped unit. It's quite tricky as the contour and allevations varies. North facing house across me is actually higher by 0.5m ! Hopefully the distance of 50 ft common road negates off the effect entirely or marginally.

The most importanting is concrete box under the land.
Coz the concrete box under the land will mk the roots grow go down instead of direct grow to left and right.
Another thing is if the tree too near n higher than house, the leaf will create another issue again
