I pass by and turn in for a casual visit yesterday.
May be i am late, nothing happen when i were there. Just balloon and some flowers.

I found "EM signature gate" wasn't as bad after they "mark up" them.
I perhaps this is what they said, there is no ugly woman but lazy woman. Haha...

Don't know why overall i found the environment and landscape are getting nicer when compare to my previous visit, probably months ago.
Until I visit the swan lake... i was turn down again...
the chocolate lake are damn ugly....
I heard some visitors like BBW are so happy to see the lake...

"ha-ha... you see... "Swan Lake"..."

The Swan Lake part I believe that could be temporary as I don't think EM will let it to continue for long as this is EM "signature" lake / park at the moment.

Another thing that bothering me is the water fountain roundabout.
They been shutting down the water fountain for over half year, even during mother's day event.
It suppose to be their signature roundabout, no a good sign to shut down since Sales Gallery time,
If they are not able to maintain it now, it would be even challenging to maintain it after they have handover the project.
Would it because the design are not practical in long run?

Have been shut down for over half year!? Will it be the case that so happen it was shut down when you drove there? Realistically, there should be a timer to control the operation of the water fountain.

Maybe because i were always there in the wrong timing?
Cause as what i remember, i never see the water fountain running since my last few visit.
I were there 4pm yesterday, might be too early to close also?

Do you still remember when is the last time you seen the water fountain?

I don't recall but since you have raised the point now, will pay attention to it next time.

Don't understand why a Malaysian don't even know how to read and understand a simple letter in Bahasa Malaysia...

In brief, there is a fellow unhappy with the developer workmanship and also claimed that the developer "over bill" i.e bill before proper works had been done. So that fellow claimed to complaint to Bursa, at AGM, to LAM etc.

Most if not all of us (to my interpretation) as buyers agree thay we should protect our interest if the developer couldn't deliver up to the mark. Nevertheless, if you did read previous versions of EM threads then you would find that the fellow didn't seem to me looking for solution but sabotage...

So far never heard of any bad news or reviews from ecoworld purchasers. He is probably trying to sabo ecoworld here.

To be fair, the workmanship of EW has not been tested yet, we shall see when the time comes...

I don't know the fellow attended or not but I guess not as I don't see any such news in the entertainment section of the paper. Lol. When I heard the fellow wanted to bring the issue to Bursa Malaysia, I can't stop laughing as someone who said know how to protect its own rights don't even know what the proper channel is.

If there is any quality issue, I don't need a joker to represent me.

Lol. Pls quickly go complaint to Bursa Malaysia, Securities Commission, Prime Minister Department and write a petition to the ruler of the country. Lol!

I don't see that LAM is unhappy with the explanation also. It just stated there that they have attached the architect's response to the matter which the pic of it was not posted. LAM ask to reply only ma. Got say unhappy meh?

there were 2 possibilities.
1. language BM not up to par in term of writing and listening
2. like auntie, just for the sake of spreading and exaggerate to make it more interesting
