I thought this is under PPAM affordable housing scheme? No?
All units same pricing at 300k. For government servant.

You need to apply to get the offer. Or now they are getting desperate and giving offer out to all government personnal?

And u says it's 10km to work. So travel distance also short.

Do take a visit at Bayu Sentul (completed project) located just next to PPA1M Bayu Sentul to know the quality and end product from this developer.
This will help you decide better.

PPR or low cost flat or? With seperated car park block. And outside parking.
