400+psf ish , near KL, seems gooding, but will sentul be overcrowded? but then still quite worth for its price

I bought and staying in Bayu Sentul, which is a darn stupid decision ever. Con developer with terrible workmanship and not responsive to design defects / flaw.... If you do not believe just pay a visit to current built up, Bayu Sentul with the Brochure given by Melati, come and witness on your own. By paying over RM420/sqft and 0.25 maintenance fee, come and witness the final end product, you will surely convinced , its a fucked up project by a poor irresponsible developer

within 10km radius to KL, 1000 sq ft and above... 500k tag is deemed affordable for current market trend... if you able to find any new project 1000 sq ft above below 500k, pls PM me... I am interested... rolleyes.gif rolleyes.gif

I feel your pain really..

this developer memang teruk...their end product is terrible. The longer you stay the more problems will appear..popping tiles, leakage here there everywhere,
bad smells coming from toilets, lousy lifts, poor maintenance and in the end its like buying a low cost flat than a condo

Sorry to hear that. Once JMB is formed (be pro-active and join as member), please engage professional inspectors and compile all defects and send it to developer for defect rectification. Do not let them escape from all their responsibility.

yes we are doing that currently but the problems are non ending/ the concern now is what other problems will crop up after the
defect period..All we can do is try to identify as much defects as possible and hopefully the list is as complete as can be before submitting to
developer and stakeholder lawyer..
