I heard 200 units are for ppa1m and 400+ units which are in different block for pvt. Future plan will build ppr next to it. Hmm still worth it mah 1000sq for 300k?

please check the workdone of this developer before decide whether to think of Bayu Andaman. Shit and poor built up, after sales defects work are non been carried out, lousy designer.... not worth for any value investment .... stupid developer.... please come to bayu sentul to verify the comments, need not us to exaggerate the issues
