It really getting hot quite fast ... within an hour its like burning already. Not good right ?

yea...this v3000 series inner air ventilation design really not so good compare to other brands of laptop..that's why it turns hot so fast...

i also figuring how to make it cooler..

so far my HDD temperature is about 46-49...and my proc is about 50-53 for normal use...

Yea .. the air ventilation isn't really good at all .. || Just trying my best to use in a cooling environment or maybe under the cooling pad ..

check in your bios...i still duno why i can only set up to 128MB oni...but if i select 128MB in the bios, then after that ic go to dxdiag to check...the graphic memory is 512MB...i also dun undastand...

try put a cigarette box under ur cooler pad to make ur lappy abit higher...make the air ventilation better...that's what im doing..haha

haha..duno my one around 40 bucks one...got aluminium and plastic...

but for me, i think cooler pad cant help much also la..it's like atleast helping it abit, absolutely can't drastically lower down the temperature...

compare my v3000 with my gf's lenovo y400, walao ehh...lenovo y400 no heat problem at all...watch movie 2 hours without cooler pad the temperature for hdd and proc is around 40C oni..so envy...

what cooler pad r u using anyway??

it shows 384mb memory in total

playing movie wont use much proc power lo actually
if want low temp, force the proc use idle proc power
which the frequency is quite low
and lower voltage also
but should be sufficient for playing movies
