OMG! now i got another problem again.. the active armor firewall i unable to change the profile.. i keep select medium but it keep stay at "OFF" proflie.. i try restore or anything it still the same.. using window xp..

so it makes u any problem ar ?

he/she cannot change to medium level lor....

oic ..... better ask hp technician wht happen ....

technician? he sure say some software problem.. try reinstall la.. if cant format.. sure like that..

should can change to any profile 1 a

it's usually is a software problem .. if still cannot then onli take back to hp servce center ..

Yup, if software cases then hp not responsible lor. This according to their warranty based on FREE-DOS unit...

ya kinda hard ..but sum manage to do it le ..hehe ..i also trying to solve my S73G Qmedia XS le ..rumours said can use the recovery cd but freedos dun hav ..

hope u can do it ... n let us know how to do it ...
