No need d and YES YES , finally i managed to installed the drivers d...I used the notebook itself browse to hp website and let the website detect and direct me to the drivers download site. I just curios that before this i tried key in manually the notebook model and the p/n number, it direct me to the same page but that times the audio and modem drivers not in the page, weird huh

Conclusion: i have download total 27 drivers to install and now i dunno which one that is useful to the notebook. So i will just burn all the installer to a cd and ask my sis dun ever and tried to lost to cd....haha...

sigh,still left one called SM bus controller, any ideas what that for?

Woah you are lucky...Mine total drivers are 44. SM Bus controller? I have no idea about it... It falls under which category of unknown device?

neither mine also having the same problem as urs. anyway, which u using? AMD or Intel? How bout ur graphic card driver? mine sometime need to reinstall back whenever the application i running need D3D.. e.g. warcraft it happen when a message pop out "Direct x 8.1 not found and something like that... jx2 "Error D3D renderer"..

y is not directX 9.0c?? still 8.1??

i just bought a V3203TU yesterday and it comes with geforce go 7200. the sad thing is whenever i try to run any 3d games it will auto shutdown within 2 mins. i've tried alot version of display driver n xp version but still cant fix. help.....

Hey bro, are u sure your V3203TU equiped with Nvidia's geforce go 7200? ... I am a V3203TU user here and my graphic performance is powered by Intel GMA...
Try go HP website and download the proper driver and see how it goes.

im using vista home premium...having a problem of compatibility for the sound....

when i press the mute button...the mute icon appears on the system tray but sound still got....cannot mute completely...then when i plug in my speakers on the laptop....the laptop speakers keep playing and only abit of sound is coming out from my external speakers...

any idea on how to solve this issue??

hmm, ya ...i heard many of such problem ..mayb it's a defect ..i think u should try reinstall the driver and try..if still the same then hav to take back to Hp warranty ..

Try download the HP synaptics pointing driver... Usually, it press mute not even a decibel sound could be heard..

not la its detected as didnt got direct x 8.1 which it stated as me didnt install my graphic driver.. but if i reinstall it.. then the problem solve already.. but im juz not understand when it detected as i didnt install my driver. Its crash with force ware? aiks..

Added on April 26, 2007, 2:04 pmmine does the same but using window xp.. and the mute having problem when i had upgrade it to new version QLB .. but it because of when i press it, it take quite few second to process and that make it didnt mute.. But for external speaker i still didnt tried it.
