I learned never to hesitate too much when really want to subscribe to these stuff like IDDIC and even SLL. That's why when a friend bought his Digi prepaid early this year, I made him subscribe SLL immediately instead of waiting for the RM70 top up validity to sit through (over 2, or even 3 months if you include the initial 30-day validity), then it just about went up to RM108. Price went up because of the free basic internet and then the music freedom. I wonder if Digi actually wants to just make more money, or discourage SLL altogether.

I am lucky to stumble upon this thread before nearly change my current old v4 plan to latest best 2016 plan for the sake of 'upgrading'. I still did SLL @ RM38/year few weeks ago. What I am losing is the free basic internet and music freedom only right?

QUOTE(Aftermaths @ May 28 2017, 09:09 AM) I don't use a lot mobile data, at home got wifi as well so that's OK Heard that prepaid plans could be changed by Digi so maybe few months down the road these existing plans could be changed? Is this true?

Can you post screenshots of what you see on the MyDigi app? Like exactly which version is your Digi Best plan, what's shown on the Internet tab (2nd tab IIRC and details), further on the Freebies tab or something awaiting redemption? Screenshots will be easier to explain, I think.

Why is my RM28 internetplus plan for prepaid is not giving me 300 minutes local calls to all mobile network. Instead it is giving me 150 minutes for digi-digi and another 150 minutes for digi-others. I thought 300 minutes voice call is for all mobile network

So I am kind of stuck, until they get it fixed; they did lodge a case though.

What I can think of now is, there may be a limited period after SIM card activation for you to redeem the music freedom thingy. Let me try to find their T&C if it's mentioned there. I recall doing it for my friend few months back, and that's through the app because I don't remember dialing the redemption code from his phone.

Can't seem to find anything about Music Freedom in their T&C, but found this instead: http://new.digi.com.my/apps/music-freedom?...CFQkkaAodjY8FIQYou might want to see if you can do it by logging in to MyDigi from the browser (instead of the app) and check from there. Otherwise call the CSO to check if there's a deadline for redemption. Last would maybe be asking them on the Digi Community forum.

DiGi CS called back and told me that Best Music Freedom is not applicable because I have changed from Live Prepaid to Best Prepaid 2016. What a load of crap, how can a default feature of a plan is not applicable just because you move from a different plan unless it's a promotional item; which is this case it isn't.
