I don't know still working or not...

more than 1 year I don't buy from 11st (except sometimes yahoo/youtube 30%)

the story is I order a phone at 11st, item was shipped and stuck at IPC 3 days,

I contact seller, they ask me wait...

2 days later (5 days stuck there), I contact seller again, after check told me phone was lost

so? how to refund? they told me want claim from poslaju first, then only can refund

ranting.gif so I contact 11st via email (no reply), contact via phone (11st ask me deal with seller or return)

return??? I don't even receive it

So i try return (button) , it ask for tracking code, I put a tracking code I send to other brows.gif

wait for complete, few days later I received from 11st

Ahh. I think mine was my mistake. Forgot I change my debit card because I lost it then I forgot to reopen the online purchase function.

Gemfive refund process, a very pleasant tale

got my mechanical keyboard last monday found out it was open boxed and 2 scratch on it. initially was going to keep it and beg for a sorry code, then later decided to get a full refund.

email cs last thursday, they responded friday ask me to email them some pics, i did it on the same day. saturday no response, monday came around i was starting to panic coz of they 7 day period on electronic items. i called them, around 1130am, someone picked pretty much straight away (though i had to wait 15min or something), he saw my email, advised me to wait he will send this call to another department say they will organize for courier to collect from me, i asked them what about the 7 day return policy he said it was fine as i already logged emailed them earlier.

then few hours later around 1-2pm, the merchant called me instead. ask me to send the product to him that very same day as he needs to get it back to his supplier within 7 days for a refund. i asked him to write that in email along with return address and cc g5.

around an hour later, someone form g5 called me and said she has spoken to the merchant and ask me to send it back to them directly.
that was nice of g5to call to assured me the process was fine as it going off protocol.

i couriered it back to them using gdex that same day, RM16.90 it cost me. didnt email them back the tracking number untill around 4pm, just when i was about to send the reply email with tracking number and new pics to show i actually send it in gdex office and cost associated etc.... they merchant called me to remind me that i need to send it to him that same day (how nice of him to follow up) i mention i was just about to push the send button and you called.

today got email from g5 to confirm merchant got the keyboard and refund process will take about 14-19 working days (2-4 weeks)

now the wait begins
but very pleasant so far, and very nice customer service from all sides

mine also still waiting for refund from gemfive.. item bought is out of stock.
they should have setup their stock on web accordingly.. word of advice.. get the hell out of gemfive..

it's been 2 weeks since they acknowledged my order, then they only reply my complaint regarding on stock issue. they should have let us know earlier when item doesnt ship within certain period.

how about the shipping fees?

G5 refund really slow, usually I got refund about 1 month if using cc, online banking is faster, around 2 week
