u wont get your refund anytime before 19 working days..just sit back and wait for it to past then give them an email tell them your time is over. and magically they will start ur refund process immediately after 1-2 days can get ur money already. so if they said they are processing the refund it just bullshit excuse they just do nothing and simply want to keep ur money
