My washing machine next to wet kitchen. Concept replicate that of loft but the unit itself is 1450 sq ft.

one question, your track light at the living hall.
Using only one power point to power all 16 of the light?
or a multiple power point where you can turn on part of half of it?

When you have too many lights, it's good to separate them, split them up. That row of track lights controlled by 2 switches.

Another question, what color temperature led light you are using for.
1) Living hall
2) Dinning hall
3) Toilet
4) Master room and other rooms?

Sorry never really check the temperature. Slightly brighter than 3000K as I prefer brighter warm white lights.

Xccess, your chalk board wall how many layers of paint you used? The paint seller asking me to use 3 layers... not sure if necessary or not...
