For my case, if I have no outstanding with other bank CC, however i wanna take advantage of 0% interest from HLB BT. Can i just transfer the amount to another CC? Or HLB will ask for statement, so that they will transfer whatever is "Outstanding". I remember I did BT with Citibank CC with interest incurred. They just transfer whatever amount to 16 digits account number without asking for statement.

If HLB is doing the same, then I will just transfer the amount to Citibank Credit Card, so I can swipe more with Citibank Credit Card and enjoy the 0% interest BT and repaying period of 12 months?

Thanks bro very informative. Having said that, I can simply BT to another credit card, althought I dint use that much right, for example I have swip d RM800 with Citibank, I can request for BT RM1,000 from HLB to Citi right.

From the products disclosure sheet, there is no processing/handling fees. As I ever BT 3 months for 0%, there is no any fees too.

Sad case that, I dont have SA with Citibank, only CC. Don't think they will transfer to other bank SA.

I see, cause my Citibank CL is more than my HLB CL. And HLB is my first CC though, I wonder if it is normal they give lesser CL compared to another bank.
