The officer that helps my case told me that the BT team will not be working (from 23 mar 2020 onwards) until MCO is over. Hence he advised me not to apply for BT or will have delay in payment if apply during this MCO period.

The guy also confirmed 2 things:
1) as ppl here are aware, we can apply for BT as many times as possible, max 9 cc in one application (3 pages ). No more 6 mths restriction

2) can apply for those cc with less than rm1k as long as total application is above rm1k together (cc 1 rm500, cc2 rm800)
