Anyone requested for HLB to transfer payment received at HLB cc to HLB BT account recently? Do they still entertain the request?

Interesting. Seems like MBB treat different customers differently.
You have reported twice that MBB sent approval SMS within hours of the application.

Two weeks ago, MBB took T+2 to send me the BT approval message.
Like you, I applied MBB BT 0% today at 8.46 a.m. Still haven't received any SMS. Probably will be approved two days later.

Public bank 6 months 0% BT for Visa cards (min RM3k), app just pushed me advert for it.

PBB allows this in their website application.
I just made the 0% BT... PBB paying into HLB's BT account.

Tried apply an expired code first under my SMS (31 Oct 2025) since no new SMS coming in, wait them call and see.

The manual refund to HLB BT acc is received today. For reference, 2 days.

Applied for Affin BTIP and received call back in less than 1 hour. A record 

non-operating hours are usually "below the pile", so to speak

whatever banking activities, do within their operating hours. you apply on Sunday, expect them to work?

Can refund to SA. Maximum amount allowed is RM1000. Refund will be credited the next business day. Apparenly can refund to other banks SA too but I didn't try.
But be warned, it is only RM1000 per month. This include refund to BT account. How I am not able to refund to my BT account  Not sure if there iis a RM1000 limit if I just refund to BT account first.

Not at all. Iirc, when the BT from other banks goes into the card account, the description already stated its BT.
