ensure your cc number (or last 4 digit) and name is visible in your screenshot.

I even capture the URL address bar, just to prove the page is from legit site


for me, i'm currently trying to BT current statement (due in few more days! ) + this month's unbilled outstanding. so far SMS told me approved. yet to 'see' the fund transferred.

if you want to BT to Aeon, fill in form and submit via email lor.

of course can keep BT-ing until reaches 80% (not sure what's the limit for MBB, but i target it as 80%) of available credit limit of your mbb card.

i'm doing option 2 cuz i got large purchases (unbilled) after this month's statement (billed). so, i combined both amount, and requested from MBB.

yup, it's annoying cuz few months dy. i wasnt bothered until mbb's 0% bt promo came out last week some applied bt via m2u gotten approved almost immediately

yah, just screenshot from uob internet banking. i screenshot cc summary page. i circled Current Balance (billed + unbilled) + Authorised Balance (not yet posted).

yah, somehow it affects the m2u functionality. kinda annoying.

thanks for the info! if strictly based on billed statement, not much to BT. but if combined with unbilled outstanding, kinda worth the try to BT out.

is it suppose to show as unbilled transaction? i guess you did for mbb 1% previously, can share if it appears in m2u history immediately once bt approved/fund transferred?

from my experience on 2015's mbb 0% bt promo, the bt amount and fees only appears on bill date. it wont appear as unbilled amount.

yes the fee will be charged and waived later.

but the fee and BT amount only appear/posted in the statement on bill date, you cant actually view them *now* in M2U history.

it seems this is how mbb's bt works (posted on bill date as billed amount), rather than as unbilled amount.

waiver is given within 30 days from approval.

how would we know now if the fund already depleted? there's no way to see this. not sure if cs can tell us, but very unlikely. it's up to maybank's discretion and they're not obligated to tell us also.

worst case scenario: 2,400 ppl BT max RM50k. fund sure depleted fast.

that's why try to apply bt as soon as you can. perhaps first few months is ok gua.

we will be duly informed before approval? i received no such notification from maybank prior to nor after approval.

anyone wanna try asking maybank before applying?

what i was curious is whether this is their SOP to contact us if fee waiver already depleted?

if they do, that'd be good instead of trapping us
