sharing my experience with maxis. maxis free internet plan long time ago i think #hotlink plan? It seems my credit would be drain unknowingly. Topup rm10, next day left rm3. like wtf? then, theres that problem where if you reload without physical card, you will not receive the free internet( i had to call cust centre to know this. shit man). then for no reason after 3 month of use, the free internet seems like not existing, had to purchase other data plan to receive internet, called cust service and said no problem, and still had no internet. I mnp to other telco to solve this issue. that was months? ago. now my main are umobile

I have multiple issues with them on my prepaid and internet line. Even now, the internet issue for my house, i haven gotten any answer from them on the high ping at night to certain sites. I have emailed them since march 2nd week till today. Lazy to argue.

Phone issue, i also did not get any response from them, till i got pissed, lodged a case to KPDNKK , then only they replied with case number (sms) and replied to my question.

Super useless provider. Im waiting for Webe to see their plan , then decide.

TODAY (19/4) I RECEIVED A CALL FROM MAXIS APOLOGISED TO ME AND OFFERED ME RM21 TO COMPENSATE BACK ALL MY LOST. WHY? REASON IS SIMPLE. BECAUSE I ESCALATED THIS ISSUE TO MCMC SINCE MAXIS/HOTLINK DON'T EVEN WANT TO COMPENSATE ME A LITTLE WHEN I CONTACTED THEM VIA PM AND THEY ALSO TOTALLY IGNORED MY THREAD HERE.

THE FUNNY THING WAS THAT I TRIED TO BE NICE TO THEM WHEN I FIRST CONTACTED THEM VIA PM (BEFORE GOING PUBLIC AND THEN TO MCMC). AT FIRST I ONLY ASKED FOR RM5 WHICH IS TO COVER THE COST FOR ME TO CONVERT BACK TO MY ORIGINAL #HOTLINK PLAN. BUT THESE 6 FELLOWS (FAIZ, FIRDAUS, YANI, SAM, NICK, HAN) ALL ARROGANTLY REJECTED MY REQUEST. AND THEY CLAIMED THAT IT WAS ALL MY FAULT AND MAYBE ALSO THOUGHT THAT I WAS JOKING ABOUT THE PROBLEM I FACED AND I MADE UP THE WHOLE STORY.

SO? WHAT'S THE FINAL OUTCOME? it's funny when you see what maxis/hotlink trying to do for the sake of saving a rm5??

the same too when they rejected to offer their long and loyal customers with the selective postpaid plan. in the end lost more of their long and loyal customers porting out to other telcos.
