I have multiple issues with them on my prepaid and internet line. Even now, the internet issue for my house, i haven gotten any answer from them on the high ping at night to certain sites. I have emailed them since march 2nd week till today. Lazy to argue.
Phone issue, i also did not get any response from them, till i got pissed, lodged a case to KPDNKK , then only they replied with case number (sms) and replied to my question.
Super useless provider. Im waiting for Webe to see their plan , then decide.
