Check whether they are laying the fiber cables there now or not because I’m staying in seri jati and time is in the midst of laying the fiber cables for my apartment.

I don’t mind that. Now I am on 50mb unifi and wye I switch to time I will take the 100mb plan but I don’t think it will make a difference to me anymore since nowadays I just use it to watch YouTube on 1080p lol. My wallet will feel the difference though haha.

Scheduled for tomorrow then just sms me telling the fiber is not ready so have to postpone. If not ready then shouldn’t open registration for my apartment. Now I have cancelled my unifi and no internet for potentially two weeks as I am not available on the weekdays and next weekends I am going outstation. I must say I am a bit disappointed with time in this.

Agents/Resellers say and promise a lot of things, and quite often, they can't deliver. And they are not answerable to TIME anyway.

A call to TIME on their CS number to verify that your property is ready for service is all it takes.

I have already checked on the website and their service team also confirmed date to install tomorrow. Just that suddenly the service team sms me and say the fiber is not ready and tomorrow will no signal even if they come and install for me.

Finally have my Time installed after one week delay. Couldn’t get 100mb on my homeplug but could get it on 5ghz WiFi so I guess hardware limitation lol.

Not even one month and my connection is down. If this is what’s to come in the future then I fear for time here in my apartment.

No idea. I have made a report with Time yesterday night and they told me that they will send someone over to check the splitter. They better fix it today or I will have no internet for a few days and that will seriously piss me off. It doesnt help that in my apartment there's no mobile data coverage when I am in the unit itself.

Sigh time is down again in my area. Almost 5 time already in the first two months. Anyone can tell me how can I cancel the service without penalty? I’ve used unifi for 4 years and I experienced less than 3 times outage during that period and even then those were my own hardware issue. I need to work at home a lot and time always going down is really giving me a lot of problem.

Time down again. Hopefully tonight the connection will be restored. By the way, are there any other cheap fiber connection out there? I feel I need to have a backup since Time has a lot of random outages.

You say unifi is unreliable but at my place time is super unreliable and unifi is great. 4 or 5 outages in 6 months of the time I am using time. I dunno about you but that is not acceptable to me.

Does the router that I am using matter if it is service outage? I am not a noob and know if the outage is caused by my router or it’s a service outage at time’s end.
