I know unifi is better here as I was with them before I switched to time. With unifi I had less than 3 outage in the 3 years that I was using it. I would cancel but unfortunately I am tied down with the 2 year contract. I’m glad that you are satisfied with time’s services but please note that not everyone share the same experience as you and issues like mine do exist. Even bro jjj2 has acknowledged my issue is bad and has advised me to report to mcmc so that time will find a permanent solution to the outages here.

Which are all not determined by me and is at time’s end. With the current trend I am expecting time to have another outage at my place in October or November. I will post one more time here in this thread when that happens.

Lol the outage happened faster that I imagined. My time is down again. Where is that Ryan dude? Can someone summon him to help talk to time for me?

Well anyway my patience is at its limit now. I will be making a report to mcmc once the service has been restored in hopes that my contract can be nullified. 3 disruptions in 5 months only means that there’s an underlying issue that they cannot fix and I don’t want to suffer anymore outage in the future.

My advice. Don’t terminate your unifi first. I was one of those that read the forums and got affected by all the praises here in this thread. Well turns out getting Time was one of the biggest mistakes in my life.

Yay time is down again at my area at Setia Alam. Officially 4 outages in 6 months now. That’s officially 1 more outage compared to the 3 years of my time using unifi. Very impressive I must say.

Not my problem what the issue is on their end. All I want is to use the internet when I come back to work and I am not able to now. My only form of entertainment at night is to go surfing and YouTube and now I am not able to. How i wish maxis or unifi offers a promotion like time where they pay for my penalty now I would definitely go back to unifi. At least I am sure when I come back every night I will be able to use the internet unlike now with time where it’s hit and miss every night.
